My studio often takes over the entire living room and my large coffee table as I have no set studio space. When I'm experimenting this can often look like this for days and with little space.

I have a spare bedroom that is turning into more of a permanent studio and doesn't need tidying up so often but I have large windows in the living room and it is so lovely and bright and conducive to creating.

In the summer the studio was in the garden which was delightful but a few things to note... windy days blow paint pots over, paint dries quicker in the hot sun. Table cloth flaps up on your work in the wind and insects can stick to your artwork! If I had a preferred place to work though, it would still be the garden on a sunny day despite the pitfalls - add in a G + T with ice and lime ...bliss!
